    The Committee on the Judiciary moved to amend the bill on page eight, section seven, line eighty-nine, by striking out the word “petitioner” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “innocent owner”;

    On page eight, section seven, line ninety-two, by striking out the word “petitioner” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “innocent owner”;

    And,

    On page eight, section seven, line ninety-six, by striking out the word “coowner” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “person with an ownership interest”.
